Drawing on a strong base of professional excellence, we aspire to be best-in-class at achieving integrated outcomes through effective engagement and communication with external and internal stakeholders.**Decommissioning & Restoration (D&R) Senior Advisor****What is the role?****Responsibilities**:- Lead the D&R regulatory deliverables, including coordination of technical and non-technical disciplines, alignment with joint venture partners and regulatory bodies.- Lead the D&R local and international Permits & Consents, which includes identification, planning, preparation and submission to authorities and regulatory bodies, in Brazil and abroad (ANP, IBAMA, Navy, CNEN, IRS and others), in alignment with the project schedule.- Work closely and integrated to project teams across the portfolio, supporting team goals, promoting one team behaviors, and ensuring consistency and alignment with the business priorities and value drivers at a portfolio level.- Add value through effective networking with key internal and external stakeholders, including business managers, relevant industry players and contractors.- Support designing engagement strategies with local and international authorities.- Support venturer managers in engagements within joint ventures.- Support business managers with communication to senior management and decision making.- Provides support to other regulatory deliverables under the Shell Brazil portfolio, such as new business development and projects at different levels of maturation in any business.**Requirements**:**What we need from you**- Must have legal authorization to work in the Brazil on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Legal or any related field.- Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese- Experience with Oil & Gas decommissioning programs.- Knowledge of Brazilian Decommissioning regulation and guidelines for Oil & Gas, including from ANP, IBAMA, Navy and CNEN.**Skills & Abilities**- Effective communication and influencing skills to engage with key internal and external stakeholders.- Ability to evaluate and manage non-technical risks, under immature and changing regulatory environment.- Effective team leading and project management silks.- Ability to work across internal boundaries with speed and simplicity.- Strong ability to prioritize own activities and work effectively under periodic peaks of time pressure such as may result from partner/stakeholder demands or at time of deal closure- High level of motivation, cultural sensitivity, diligence, perseverance, and emotional resilience Elevated level of self-motivation, cultural sensitivity, diversity & inclusion attitude, and emotional resilience.**Disclaimer
