Named Account Executive, Enterprise Sales You will drive strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives into a territory calling on large companies in Brazil. Your accounts will include a mix of existing clients with additional revenue opportunities and new prospects. You must forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while delivering high customer satisfaction. A competitive compensation plan with significant upside is offered. Responsibilities Generate new business in existing accounts and new markets; drive strategic, enterprise-wide CRM initiatives for companies across the region. Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts. Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy aligned to customer objectives. Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs. Perform account planning with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment. Share Salesforce value proposition with existing and/or new customers. Drive growth within assigned accounts (upper Commercial Segment and Enterprise). Key Roles and Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, ideally with large enterprises. Proven track record in hunting with strong team-selling skills. Result-oriented with a history of quota attainment. Excellent relationship management with C-level executives. Deep experience in solution selling and long, complex sales cycles; strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead virtual teams. Consultative sales skills with ability to articulate ROI value. High productivity, ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
