Sales Manager Job Description Our ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional seeking a challenging role that leverages their skills in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and team leadership. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share of component products. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, effectively communicate and negotiate to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and training to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded. Track and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Familiarity with office software and excellent logical thinking and communication skills are required for success in this role.
