Team Overview:
At 99Food, we're building a bold and performance-driven Growth Marketing team to reshape how users engage with food delivery. As the Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns Manager, you'll be the strategic lead for end-to-end promotional campaigns — from in-app activations to offline and digital conversion tactics. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and product — owning the planning and execution of user-facing campaigns that directly drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Role Responsibilities:
- Leading the development, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across channels and touchpoints — including in-app placements, paid digital, affiliate, and CRM — to drive conversion and user growth.
- Building full-funnel promo campaigns and performance stunts that balance short-term ROI with long-term user loyalty.
- Partnering closely with Product, Brand, Commercial, and Data teams to create coordinated campaign plans tied to feature launches, market opportunities, and exclusive promotions.
- Acting as the strategic owner of the promo calendar, aligning lifecycle activities with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Using funnel analysis and performance insights to identify friction points and build marketing initiatives that move users through awareness, trial, and reactivation.
- Overseeing creative and messaging development with a test-and-learn mindset, ensuring consistency and impact across all assets and formats.
Role Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in campaign marketing, lifecycle or growth, ideally in tech, marketplaces, or retail.
- A deep understanding of how to structure and optimize multichannel campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills in cross-functional environments.
- A passion for creating campaigns that are as creative as they are data-driven.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
