- You'll spearhead the development of consumer retention strategies, designing lifecycle campaigns that convert insights into action.
- Analyze churn drivers and cohort behavior to identify trends, pinpoint friction points, and inform strategic decisions.
- Launch and optimize personalized lifecycle journeys using Braze and internal platforms.
- Drive A/B testing from concept to conclusion, surfacing learnings that elevate future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle moments with high-impact business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 3+ years in growth marketing, analytics, consulting, or another data-led marketing role.
- Hands-on experience managing full-funnel B2C campaigns across digital channels.
- A strong analytical mindset and the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- A proven track record of reducing churn through thoughtful, personalized strategies.
- Proficiency in SQL for data pulls and Excel for in-depth analysis.
