This team plays a critical role in enabling digital transformation across sales operations by delivering innovative tooling solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.**What You Will Do**:- Managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules. Developing contingency plans for potential risks.- Directing and motivating project team.- Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met.- Monitoring project results for significant deviations. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes.- Reviews current operations and IT projects based on business needs, financial and functional analyses.- Distributes IT projects for team members.- Assists senior colleagues in analyzing client requirement for IT projects.- Creates and organizes IT schedules and plans for multiple projects.- Documents IT demand analysis trends in a technical or business manner.**What You Have - Skills**:- ** Planning: Tactical, Strategic**:Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.- ** Project Administration**: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.- ** IT Project Management**: Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.- Pre-Advanced English.- Senior experience in digital product or project management.- Experience with tools such as Azure Boards, Jira, Confluence, Miro.- Proficiency in Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cumulative flow diagrams).- Advanced educational degree.- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist).- Experience leading rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles.- Familiarity with automation and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate).- Ability to lead through ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.- Skilled in facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).- Advanced/Fluent English.**Some of the offered benefits**:- Medical plan- Dental plan- Medicines reimbursement- Psychological, Legal, Social and Finance Support Program- Private pension plan- Profit share- Meal assistance- Christmas basket- Transportation- Life and personal insurance- Extended maternity and paternity leave- Employee resources group (Young Professional, Women in Networking, LAMBDA (LGBTQIA+), Latin Group and Active in SportLI**Posting Dates**:August 22, 2025 - August 31, 2025Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
