**About the position**:
Defines the scope of testing for the project, process, and guides the team on QA aspects. Adheres to the defined QA processes and ensures the team follows them. Possesses excellent exploratory and automation testing skills.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **clearly** document/articulate the problem statements, business needs, and process flows in software such as Jira and bug tracking tools like TestRail and similar, so that everyone can easily understand the problems reported.
- Be able to configure/set products/orders and any of the functional requirements using the e-commerce ecosystem platforms;
- Be able to report bugs in the best way possible, adding step by step, evidence, environments, and all the details needed using the quality assurance standards;
- clearly communicate themselves in English and report things without any scratch with the customers or developers, making the QA process assertive;
- Suggest innovations and improvements in quality processes;
- Strong Communication skills;
- Know how to manage time and how to plan test time execution.
- Have patience, humility, and empathy to understand different problems and suggest the best solutions to solve problems.
- Strong analytical skills;
- String Leadership skills;
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Graduated or about to graduate in the IT area, focusing on development.
**Compensation**:
Salary is commensurate with experience based on department and role.
