The Quality Assurance team owns the testing process, risk management, and quality evaluation of all products and functions across Epic.

We're looking for a full-time Test Lead for our new testing group in Porto Alegre, Brazil.

About This Role

This role involves leading a team of testers to own the testing approach on one of our development teams within a major Epic product.

  • Schedule and oversee test plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop new processes and work within existing efforts to ensure software as a service products meet user expectations.
  • Supervise test teams, provide individuals with mentorship and career development, and balance workloads from multiple sources.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of testing experience in fast-paced environments, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • 1+ year(s) of professional leadership experience.
  • 3+ months of professional management experience.
  • A solid understanding of test methodologies, including functional, qualitative, and performance against consistently iterative development.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to confidently collaborate with product owners and developers on technical topics and features.
