No two days are the same. You will work alongside a team of exceptionally passionate and creative developers to build, analyse, and validate scrum development work to ensure test frameworks capture issues before code releases to our business clients who employ anywhere from one million employees.
To thrive in this career, you will need to
- Have deep quality assurance (QA) experience with manual and automated testing processes
- Be confident with Automation Engineering / Tests ideally using open source technologies like Selenium / JavaScript and WDIO Webdriver I/O
- Be experienced with API and services in Cloud Environments like AWS
- Develop and drive automation test planning, debugging, test scripting, test cases, and strategy across several functional teams to ensure product quality and contribute to continuous integration and delivery efforts
- Demonstrate successes with a Test Driven Mindset
Availability to work in a hybrid work model, reporting directly to our Porto Alegre Office location

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Here's what you can expect on a typical day**:
- **Testing. **Write and advise on high-quality, efficient, and maintainable automation scripts. Automate functional and non-functional requirements across the code, UI, and APIs.
- **Scrums.** We'll start each day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities. Our testers do more than build test and quality programs - they clearly communicate the intricacies and problems at hand.
- **Variety of work. **There is no typical day. You could be working on anything from supporting migrations to validating new features, product enhancements, or creating new test services.
- **Learning.** We're always learning new approaches, and you are comfortable learning as you go to find solutions.
- **Challenges.** We're working on products with tech we never used before. Inevitable challenges will arise, and we'll rely on you to look for creative solutions.
A university degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job.
