The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Google User Acquisition Manager at one of Ruby Labs' fastest-growing companies. You'll manage substantial advertising budgets across 30+ regions, optimizing Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns at scale. You should be prepared to work autonomously, make clear weekly strategies, and take ownership of our ad accounts with meticulous attention to performance and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Peak Performance Execution: Deliver daily performance across Google Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns with ROI optimization and profitability maximization across 30+ regions.
  • Advanced Data Analysis & Autonomous Decision-Making: Conduct in-depth daily analysis of campaign data, uncover insights, and autonomously decide which countries and GEOs to scale, prioritizing ROI and optimal budget allocation.
  • Campaign Mastery: Launch, test, and scale Google Ads campaigns, optimizing keywords, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to maximize campaign potential.
  • Continuous Innovation & Competitive Intelligence: Proactively research tools, platform updates, and optimization techniques while analyzing competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience with demonstrated ability to scale budgets profitably and achieve ROI across multiple regions.
  • High-Budget Expertise: Experience managing significant monthly ad spend ($100K+) across Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen with profitability and growth results.
  • Multi-GEO Management: Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries and regions with autonomous scaling decisions based on performance data.
  • Data Mastery: Advanced analytical skills with spreadsheet proficiency (pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP) and ability to build custom analysis models.
  • Technical Expertise: Understanding of Google Ads account structure, keyword research tools, and advanced optimization techniques.
  • Autonomous Decision-Making: Self-driven, thrives under pressure, and consistently exceeds targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Growth-Oriented: Willingness to learn, scale challenges, and grow with a high-growth company.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong English communication skills for data analysis and presenting performance insights to management.

  • Experience with YouTube Ads and YouTube Shorts Ads
  • Consumer products background
  • Experience in subscription-based business models
Location

WinTech operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome if located within approximately ±4 hours of CET for optimal collaboration during working hours.

Interview Process
