Overview HEAD OF GROWTH MARKETING We are looking for a Highly Motivated & Hard-Working Head of Growth Marketing to join the team. As Head of Growth Marketing, you will craft data-driven forecasts and execute strategies that help clients achieve their goals. You will communicate steps taken and how results compare to projections to foster trust and alignment with clients, supporting long-term growth planning and media acquisition. You are a representative and advocate for CTC's distinctive approach to media acquisition and its tools. You are expected to deliver with a high standard, driving progress when you are involved. What Success Looks Like NECESSARY SKILLS Kick-off: commitment to hard work, readiness for a challenging role, rapid feedback incorporation, and timely, quality outputs. Onboarding: align with the Brain Trust, collaborate with pod members, manage tasks with attention to detail, maintain data integrity, execute Prophet system for clients, build Growth Forecasts, and align marketing calendars. Daily execution: deconstruct and actualize projections to meet KPIs; combine data analysis with client feedback for strategic plans; act as an early adopter when pivoting. Responsible for implementing CTC's meta best practices and building campaigns using established structures and processes. Maintain and manage ideologies and processes across accounts; monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to hit daily targets; run tests to beat best-performing campaigns. ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK Maintain within 5% delta to the forecast; daily client alignment with forecast and strategy; maintain high client satisfaction; execute Prophet system within timelines; deliver high-quality work on schedule. Client Communication Champion clear communication with clients; ensure team clarity on goals and deadlines; send daily performance updates; ensure daily alignment of strategy and forecast; provide weekly updates on strategy calls. CONTRIBUTING BACK Share learnings and contribute to system improvements; collaborate across teams and contribute to future company content. NEXT-LEVEL SKILLS Communication Skills Fluent in English; persuasive communication to diverse stakeholders; ability to craft thoughtful, empathetic client messaging; strong presentation skills. Great Data Analysis skills: strong talent for data analysis; familiarity with data tools including Google Sheets. Past Experience Broad experience across domains (mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.). Critical Thinking Structured thinking; ability to dissect issues and propose practical solutions. Impact Passionate about e-commerce and contributing to a high-performing team; autonomous and outcome-driven. Results Merge Finance and Marketing to build forecasted strategies; achieve high-quality results for clients; maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks; meet deadlines and budgets; share ideas for growth and innovation.
