Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the company's first dedicated Sales & Marketing function
  • Run and optimize digital marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategy
  • Manage and coach sales staff to enhance performance and conversion rates
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals as the department grows
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or sales leadership roles with direct revenue accountability
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team or leading sales and marketing functions in a remote environment
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and digital campaign optimization
  • Proven track record managing ad spend, sales pipelines, and conversion metrics
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in home services, trades, or other high-volume service businesses
  • Managed both marketing and sales in the same role
  • Proficiency in tools like Pipedrive, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards
  • Knowledge of building referral programs and local partnerships that supplement digital ads
