- Develop and manage a comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategy
- Manage and coach sales staff to enhance performance and conversion rates
- Hire, train, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals as the department grows
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or sales leadership roles with direct revenue accountability
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team or leading sales and marketing functions in a remote environment
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and digital campaign optimization
- Proven track record managing ad spend, sales pipelines, and conversion metrics
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience in home services, trades, or other high-volume service businesses
- Managed both marketing and sales in the same role
- Proficiency in tools like Pipedrive, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards
- Knowledge of building referral programs and local partnerships that supplement digital ads
