/nExperiência Comprovada em Projetos: Ter experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento, planejamento e execução de projetos;
Capacidade demonstrada de gerenciar equipes eficazmente.
Possuir excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
Possuir um forte conjunto de habilidades de gestão de negócios de projetos, incluindo resolução de problemas liderada por hipóteses, enquadramento e comunicação de ideias complexas, além de pensamento estratégico.
Experiência em eventos seria um diferencial.
→ Desenvolvimento de Planos de Projeto Detalhados: Identificar marcos, recursos necessários, orçamento e riscos potenciais.
→ Gerenciamento de Comunicação com Partes Interessadas: Fornecer atualizações regulares sobre o status do projeto e desenvolver e entregar relatórios de status de projeto claros e concisos para as principais partes interessadas.
→ Colaboração com Partes Interessadas: Definir objetivos, expectativas e requisitos do projeto em conjunto com as partes interessadas.
→ Identificação e Mitigação de Riscos: Garantir que as contingências sejam planejadas e implementadas prontamente quando necessário.
→ Gestão da Equipe de Projeto: Fornecer orientação e coaching para garantir que as tarefas sejam executadas com eficiência e eficácia.
→ Controle do Andamento do Projeto: Monitorar de perto o cumprimento dos prazos e a observância do orçamento previsto.
