The Chief Operations Director plays a pivotal role in driving business outcomes and improving operational efficiency. The successful candidate will oversee and manage operational teams, including Customer Support and Teaching, to ensure stable performance in the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Directly lead and manage operational teams to achieve regional goals.
  • Process Development: Design and implement efficient operational processes and structures to drive business success.
  • KPIs and Motivation: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and motivational frameworks for Team Leaders and their teams.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily operations and maintain quality through effective use of tools and techniques.
