Overview Employer Industry: Aviation Software Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $240,000 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer-paid health premiums Open PTO policy and generous parental leave options Access to flight training rewards and tuition stipend Collaborative and empowering work environment that encourages innovation What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Drive revenue growth for digital self-serve and e-commerce channels, achieving sustained year-over-year revenue growth Develop and execute a multi-year digital commerce growth strategy aligned with broader business objectives Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to enhance digital purchasing and fulfillment experiences Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design integrated campaigns that drive upsell and retention Build a robust analytics framework to turn data into strategic insights for growth initiatives What is Required (Qualifications) 10+ years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, SaaS growth, or digital go-to-market leadership, with at least 3-5 years in a Director-level role Proven track record of scaling digital revenue channels in high-growth or enterprise SaaS environments Strong technical fluency with digital platforms, APIs, and commerce systems Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence product and engineering teams Data-driven operator with strategic thinking, analytical skills, and executive communication abilities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with aviation, B2C SaaS, B2B SaaS, or complex digital ecosystems Strong record of organizational influence and change management within digital transformation initiatives Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with C-suite and senior leadership MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Interest in aviation or being a pilot #AviationSoftware #ECommerce #DigitalTransformation #CareerGrowth #InnovativeWorkplace We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
