What the day will look like
Aon is looking for a Business Client Leader. The role is responsible for leading Aon's relationship with its most strategic clients in Brazil.
- Drives business results for at least five enterprise customers, meeting metrics, retention and renewal per customer across all solution lines and geographies.
- Creates, continuously updates and aligns resources to execute against the customer value creation model (ACL).
- Influences all levels of Aon to provide the right internal resources and ensure excellent client service delivery.
- Aon IQ: strengthening it through formal training and knowledge sharing.
- Maintains a solid understanding of all Aon services and ensures that the client understands the full value delivered.
- Acts as a role model in teamwork, collaboration, integrity, humility, and respect.
- Celebrates the successes and growth of our collective team.
- Communicates effectively and gives/receives feedback to continually elevate team success.
How this opportunity is different
The main objectives of this role are: achieving retention and accelerated growth of AON's strategic clients through leadership, inclusion, and trust building. The role reports to the Regional Business Customer Leader and collaborates with various teams within Aon.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Industry IQ: deep knowledge and experience of the client's industry.
- Relational Capital: Builds and maintains deep relationships with clients at the executive level.
- Strategy Alignment: Fully understands the client's market environment.
- Consulting Skills: Identifies client needs and articulates the problem to be solved.
- Financial acumen: Develops a solid understanding of the client's finances and strategy.
- Effective Communication: Listens and communicates with a client-centric strategic approach.
- Team Management: Strong influencing skills; ensures progress on all client projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Advance English.
- Experience in the industry, consulting, and relevant experience with complex and global client management.
