Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the operation of merchant management related products on the Keeta platform.
  • Understand industry-standard product solutions, gain insights into merchant needs, and drive the optimization of merchant product features.
  • Establish daily operation mechanisms to continuously improve the usage and effectiveness of related products.
Job Requirements
  • Have product operation experience. Familiar with the standard internal processes from product development, product operation, to product iteration.
  • Familiar with the merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms. Priority given to those with experience in the food delivery industry and with merchant metric operations.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the daily operations of Brazilian food delivery merchants, or be able to collaborate with internal teams to identify merchants operational needs and pain points.
  • Can use English as working language.
