We are looking for

a Technical Product Manager with Cloud Experience

who wants to learn and transform his career.In this role You will:

Managing projects by defining and achieving project outcomes and meeting project key performance metric targets;Effectively manage product backlogs and steer developmentGather feature requirements from multiple stakeholders and groupsEffectively prioritize and champion the voice of the customer to achieve commercial outcomesTake ownership of timelines and reportingUtilizing and applying into projects knowledge of IT implementation and maintenance, learning initiatives, operations reporting, metrics, marketing and communications;Exploring new technologies & assembling and managing product teams by working closely with engineering team and stakeholders;Proven experience in requirement gathering, ability to interact with leadership and Stakeholders, SME’s.Ability to write business requirement documents in a design ready state for the Development team.Working with the development team, by creating and managing a product roadmap;Prioritizing new features/development and establishing execution is completed;Producing visual prototype and functional prototypes with agile approaches;Demonstrating flexibility by working to define requirements while simultaneously designing for those requirements and user acceptance criteria;Responsibility for a majority of day to day communications as the primary interface with the upstream & downstream dependenciesResponsible to deliver User Guides & help manuals to the end usersTranslating product features into well-defined user stories and acceptance test criteria;Owning, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog for assigned products;Drafting and iterating user stories in the product backlog with the scrum team;Managing epics, features, and user stories to be completed by delivery teams aligned to the product’s vision;Collaborating with the Product Management team on roadmap prioritization;Coordinating with the Tech Lead & Architects on priorities, approach, and delivery, while driving alignment with delivery teams;Applying knowledge of cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, application programming interfaces (APIs), and enterprise cloud provider capabilities (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP);Engaging in thoughtful, articulate, and persuasive verbal and written communication; and,Applying analytics and reporting tools to articulate metrics, insights, and opportunities.

Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science/Engineering or equivalent technical education/experience.Strong technical background and solid foundation in software engineering principles.Excellent written and oral communication in English.Strong cross-team collaboration skills.Willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred qualificationsExperience in Software industry and product/program management experience, ideally shipping infrastructure components.Exposure to Cloud, Hardware, Deployment technologies, Data Analytics.Architecture skills in distributed systems and a great appetite for learning the foundational blocks of the Azure platform.Detail and results-orientedPassion for execution with measurable results; focus on delivering impact.Outstanding interpersonal skills and passion for innovation.Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity.
