Overview

We're looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. You will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure that strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients. You will communicate performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations clearly to build trust and strengthen client relationships, positioning CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing.

You represent and advocate for CTC's approach to media acquisition and its tools. You set a high standard for efficiency, scalability, and a results-focused mindset. ONBOARDING
  • Align with the team and contribute to the Brain Trust for ideas across clients.
  • Collaborate with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist).
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Maintain data integrity across Statlas and execute Prophet system for clients.
  • Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using the Prophet System, with data analysis for the maps and calendar alignment with clients.
  • Daily execution and updating forecasts; compare actuals to projections and adjust to meet KPIs.
  • Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans and be an early adopter when pivots are needed.
  • Lead in obstacle situations and pursue multiple solutions with insatiable curiosity.
  • Implement CTC's Meta best practices and build campaigns using our structure and processes.
  • Maintain ideologies and processes across accounts; monitor campaigns and adjust budgets/strategy to hit daily targets; run tests to beat best campaigns.
ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK
  • Maintain within a 5% delta to the forecast.
  • Daily alignment with client on forecast and strategy.
  • Execute Prophet system timelines with high quality and on schedule.
  • Deliver all work on time and with optimal quality and attention to detail.
Client Communication
  • Champion clear communication; ensure client alignment on Growth Map goals and next steps, with clarity for all team members on deadlines.
  • Provide daily performance updates to the client and weekly updates on strategy calls.
CONTRIBUTING BACK
  • Share learnings with the system for feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams and contribute to future company content production.
NEXT-LEVEL SKILLS Communication Skills

  • Deliver high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across the Prophet system's Growth Map.
  • Lead and collaborate with the team to optimize productivity and maintain high standards.
  • Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results and exceed client expectations.
  • Maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks and align daily forecasts with clients.
  • Meet all deadlines and budget requirements, ensuring on-target performance.
  • Contribute to team discussions and company content for growth and innovation.
DOMAIN MANAGEMENT
  • Supervisor: Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program; report directly to Joy Sharma.
