This role is focused on driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight‑driven forecasts and ensure that strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients. You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations, strengthening client relationships and positioning CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing.

This role is client-facing and involves ownership of the growth process, from planning to execution, with an emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Drive client success through strategic media buying, optimization, and forecasting.
  • Develop accurate, insight‑driven forecasts and convert projections into tangible growth.
  • Maintain clear, transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations.
  • Lead and advocate for CTC's approach to media acquisition and its tools.
  • Set high standards for efficiency, scalability, and results-focused execution.
  • Own outcomes, build and scale high‑performance marketing strategies, and take responsibility for results.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with goals and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
  • AUTODIDACT – Naturally curious with a strong learning ability and a habit of self-directed skill development.

  • COMPETITIVE GREATNESS – Resilient, adaptable, and driven to exceed requirements.
  • NEXT-LEVEL SKILLS – Strong communication, data analysis, and ability to craft persuasive client messaging; proficient in data tools (e.g., Google Sheets).
  • Past experience spanning domains such as mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, or media buying is valuable.
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on actionable outcomes.
What Success Looks Like
  • Deliver high‑accuracy performance within a 5% delta across forecasted Growth Maps and Prophet system outputs.
  • Maintain client satisfaction above benchmarks and align daily activities with forecasts.
  • Lead and collaborate with the team to optimize productivity and deliver top-quality results.
  • Apply best practices in media buying to achieve outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain deadlines and budgets while ensuring high-quality work.
What's in It For Me
  • SALARY RANGE – 1st month: $2,000; 2nd month: $4,000; 3rd month average: $7,000; 1st year: $64,000–$76,000; 2nd year: $100,000–$120,000. Hours and earnings depend on client load and performance.
Location & Environment
  • Fully remote with the ability to pick your schedule.
  • Autonomy as a core value with regular feedback, measurable quality benchmarks, and weekly accountability checks.
Reporting & Orientation
  • Supervisor: Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. You will report directly to Joy and work within the team to develop growth strategies.
  • This role is client-facing.
