Overview

CTC is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Manager to drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure that strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients. You will represent and advocate for CTC's approach to media acquisition and its tools, uphold the company values, and take ownership of delivering results.

Responsibilities
  • Drive client success through strategic media buying, optimization, and forecasting.
  • Develop accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure seamless execution to convert projections into growth.
  • Maintain transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations to build trust and strengthen client relationships.
  • Lead onboarding and collaborate with client pods (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist) to align on goals and execution.
  • Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using the Prophet System; analyze data to inform strategic plans and marketing calendars.
  • Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategies to meet daily projected targets, and implement tests to improve performance.
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery, maintain data integrity, and uphold CTC's Prophet best practices.
  • Provide daily client updates and coordinate with Strategy and Forecast teams for daily alignment.
  • Contribute to team knowledge by sharing learnings and collaborating across projects and content initiatives.

  • Impact and accountability: motivated to contribute to a high-performing team with visibility into outcomes.
Location, Environment & Schedule
  • Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
  • Autonomy with clear expectations, regular 1:1 feedback, and measurable quality benchmarks; weekly accountability check-ins.
Compensation & Growth
  • Salary progression: First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month average $7,000; 1st year $64,000-$76,000; 2nd year $100,000-$120,000. Compensation depends on client load and performance.
  • Growth, transparency, and fairness: clear progression paths, weekly performance dashboards, pay transparency, and monthly compensation discussions.
  • Mentorship and development: ongoing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for rapid career progression.
Seniority & Reporting
  • Seniority level: Entry level; Employment type: Full-time.
  • Reporting to Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program; mentorship focused on growth strategy and accelerating skill development.
