Conhecimentos Técnicos Obrigatórios
  • Forte experiência em automação de testes (frontend, backend e mobile).
  • Domínio de frameworks como Cypress, Selenium, Appium, RobotFramework.
  • Experiência com CI / CD, Git, Jenkins, TestRail, JIRA.
  • Atuação com modelo Shift Left e definição de KPIs de qualidade.
  • Escrita de cenários em Gherkin e gestão de defeitos.
  • Liderança técnica com atuação prática ("mão na massa").
Experiência Profissional
  • Mínimo de 7 anos em QA, sendo pelo menos 3 em posição de liderança técnica.
  • Vivência em ambientes financeiros ou bancários.
Competências Comportamentais
  • Liderança, proatividade e comunicação eficaz.
  • Resolução de problemas, foco em resultados e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Autogestão e capacidade de tomada de decisão.
