Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers:
Identify customer project plans and market demands, and convert these demands into orders.2.Develop brand agents and establish brand sales channels.3.Understand market product standards and demand trends:
Regularly conduct necessary market research and provide timely feedback on industry dynamics and market information.4.Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to convert market and customer opportunities into deliverable results.5.Engage in business negotiations with clients:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.6.Assist in the execution of customer projects and resolve major issues in after-sales:
Drive internal solutions to improve customer satisfaction.7.Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above:
Proficient in reading, writing, and listening in English, capable of using it as a working language.2.At least 5 years of business experience in the new energy industry, specifically in energy storage products, photovoltaic (modules, inverters), lithium batteries, and system integration.3.Successful business development experience:
Familiarity with the characteristics and competitive landscape of the new energy market in Brasil.4.Mature work methods:
Ability to independently develop business and possess strong market analysis and judgment skills.5.Strong stress resistance and execution skills.6.Good professional ethics:
Detailed and thorough work approach, with strong learning ability.
