Stahl Brazil is looking for a Technical Sales Representative
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will work for the Packaging Business Unit within Stahl. Your primary target will be to keep the customers well served as their needs and seek new opportunities, promoting the products of Stahl Packaging Portfolio.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Visit customers, presenting, demonstrating, selling, and providing technical assistance on the Packaging products.
- Check additional needs, establish partnerships, take sales appointments, and support the customers when needed.
- Perform product suitability tests in the laboratory according to the customer's needs.
- Getting market information, targeting the customer profile, and checking the possibilities of selling and starting to sell Stahl Packaging products
- Provide reports, forecasts, and other information necessary to the business manager
- Organize and manage its time to keep the pipeline of sales and projects updated, generating leads and identifying prospects.
- Educating customers on products and services through calls, training, and presentations
**Your profile**:
- Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (desirable).
- English Intermediate / Advanced. Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience of at least five years in the Coatings industry related to Graphic Arts and Printing Packaging.
- Must be an excellent communicator to internal and external customers and understand the specificities of the different individual markets and the drivers and needs of different positions in the organization.
- Teamwork and cooperation spirit is a crucial skill as this position will work collaboratively with other company departments.
- This is a job of influence, so communication and negotiation skills, anticipating problems, and finding solutions are critical.
**Specific requirements**:
- External work visiting customers and home office.
- This position is related to the South American market.
