About The Role Lead, consult and develop overarching digital marketing plans, process and implementation for all digital assets: website, email, blog, video, social media and app platforms. Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Analyze data to shape future marketing strategies. Contribute to processes that enhance structures and improvements in digital marketing prioritization, measurement and deployment. Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Create paid media campaigns and optimize based on predetermined KPIs. Create effective SEM strategies. About You Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred but not required. Fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for building strong relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams. Detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking effectively under pressure. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and various social media ad platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok). Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
