Overview

Our client, a personal injury law firm based in the U.S., is seeking a Legal Receptionist/Clerk to join their team. The firm manages a steady flow of legal matters and values professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency in providing excellent support to clients and attorneys.

As a Legal Receptionist/Clerk , you will be the first point of contact for clients and legal partners, managing phone communications and handling basic administrative tasks. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional in client interactions.

U.S. Law Firm Experience Is Preferred But Not Required.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with reminders.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and file management.
  • Support the intake manager and legal team with day-to-day tasks.
  • Escalate urgent matters to the appropriate team member when needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Answer and make phone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring clients feel supported.
Who are we looking for
  • 1+ year of experience in administrative, receptionist, or clerical roles;
    law firm experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn case management or CRM tools.
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong attention to detail.

Position: Legal Receptionist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Latin America

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 700 to USD 900 per month
