The Sales Manager for Latam Distributors will be responsible for maintaining, retaining, and rapidly growing relationships with a designated group of Distributors with the purpose of developing, supporting, implementing, and achieving Annual Operating Plan (AOP). The position will support all aspects of a client's relationship with Crocs. Outstanding organization, communication, follow up, problem solving, decision making, and judgment is crucial to being successful at this position. This position will also require initiative, the skills to self-teach, and learn quickly.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:Leadership and ManagementEstablish high leadership standards for Performance and set clear expectations for DistributorsEffective Communicator and Motivator to engage Distributor teamsSupervise and ensure compliance with all company policies and directivesMaintain a principled level of business ethics and integrityMeet or exceed financial projections and improve revenue opportunitiesDemonstrate strong interpersonal and time management skillsOperational ExcellenceCollaborate with current team to develop Annual Operating Plan (AOP)Assess, review and track Sales Performance per Distribution ChannelSupport Latam team to reach target Product Penetration and Segmentation Strategy per territoryActively visit the territory to Review performance, Support and Recommend Best PracticesTraining & DevelopmentRequired Strong Sales Experience and Product Knowledge to mentor and improve teams' performanceEmpower and support teams and provide specific and timely feedback through coaching and corrective action to improve personal and regional performanceLead by example and Train, Direct and Support Brand Managers**Qualifications**:To perform this job efficiently, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
