Técnico de Serviços de Campo - Localidade: Itaguaí - RJ

Resumo da Posição:

Buscamos um Técnico de Serviços de Campo para atuar na instalação, comissionamento e suporte técnico de equipamentos, tanto como parte do Programa iNet quanto como sistemas autônomos. A função envolve configuração de software, testes operacionais, pequenos reparos e treinamentos básicos no local do cliente.

Responsabilidades Principais:

• Realizar instalação, start-up e comissionamento de equipamentos ISC.
• Configurar software, testar sistemas e realizar pequenos reparos.
• Treinar operadores no uso correto dos equipamentos.
• Solucionar problemas técnicos e realizar manutenções em campo.
• Manter controle de inventário dos instrumentos em sua área de atuação.
• Trabalhar em espaços confinados quando necessário.
• Apoiar clientes com orientações técnicas e recomendações de melhorias.
• Documentar e acompanhar problemas até sua resolução.
• Colaborar com equipes internas para aprimorar produtos e serviços.
• Manter-se atualizado(a) tecnicamente sobre os produtos ISC.
• Atuar como referência técnica para clientes e equipe de vendas.
• Sugerir melhorias e fornecer feedback dos clientes para o time de desenvolvimento.

Requisitos:

• Experiência em serviços de campo, instrumentação ou suporte técnico.
• Conhecimentos em redes, MS Office, endereçamento IP e softwares técnicos.
• Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma e com foco no cliente.
• Boa comunicação e habilidades de relacionamento.
• Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação em diferentes ambientes.
• Necessário residir em Itaguaí (RJ) ou proximidades.
