About the Job:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in São Paulo. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair of Dingli's aerial work platforms. The Service Engineer will also need to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform field and workshop maintenance on AWP's & material handling products.
  • Resolve warranty issues as required and communicate any problems that limit repair completion.
  • Provide technical product support for Dingli employees, customer representatives, and equipment.
  • Support Dingli's customer base by traveling to sites around the Brazil region for equipment sales and repairs when required.
  • Continue to develop skills, licensing, and qualifications necessary for the role.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in servicing and maintaining AWP/MEWP, preferably within the machinery industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of equipment rental companies in Brazil is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site service support.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English or Chinese.
