Job Description

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time on-site role that requires troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair of aerial work platforms.

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing field and workshop maintenance on AWP's & material handling products, resolving warranty issues, and providing technical product support to employees, customer representatives, and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in servicing and maintaining AWP/MEWP, preferably within the machinery industry, and possess strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical components.

Additional requirements include excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of equipment rental companies in Brazil, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing routine maintenance on AWP's & material handling products
  • Resolving warranty issues and communicating problems to customers
  • Providing technical product support to employees, customer representatives, and equipment
  • Supporting customer base through on-site sales and repairs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in servicing and maintaining AWP/MEWP
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical components
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of equipment rental companies in Brazil
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
