About our Service Engineer role:

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team in Indaiatuba.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, maintenance, and repair of aerial work platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of AWPs & material handling products
  • Resolve warranty issues and communicate problems limiting repair completion
  • Provide technical product support for employees, customer representatives, and equipment
  • Support the customer base by traveling to sites around the region for equipment sales and repairs
  • Continuously advance skills, licensing, and qualifications where necessary
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in servicing and maintaining AWP/MEWP, preferably within the machinery industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical components
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
