We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager for LATAM within the BU Swine, with its main focus on Sales Management to lead and support our direct Swine sales efforts across South America. This role is essential to managing and developing the teamwork in line with the company’s strategic goals for Swine products within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Best Practices: Establish and implement standard processes for sales and operations to optimize performance.
- Drive Improvements: Identify opportunities for operational and commercial improvements across the region.
- Commercial Strategies: Assist in the creation and execution of effective commercial strategies to boost sales and market presence.
- Operational Strategies: Support the elaboration and implementation of strategies to optimize farm operations.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the sales and technical team, fostering growth and development.
- Sales & Marketing Execution: Conduct sales territory analyses, develop and implement marketing plans, and maintain strong connections between top management and key clients to build trust and close sales.
