We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished General Manager to lead our Swine business in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing commercial strategies, and managing a high-performing sales and technical team.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial Excellence: Develop and execute effective commercial strategies to boost sales and market presence in LATAM.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices to optimize performance.
- Team Leadership: Foster growth and development of the sales and technical team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Sales and Marketing Execution: Conduct sales territory analyses, develop and implement marketing plans, and maintain strong connections between top management and key clients.
