Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience. - 6+ years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role. - Experience using relational databases (e.g. Redshift) and SQL for querying and extracting data. - Experience using data visualization platforms (e.g. QuickSight, Tableau, PowerBI) for effective data presentation. - Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses. - Experience conducting deep dive analyses of business problems; identifying root cause of business trends, formulating conclusions and recommendations. Experience in determining optimized plan of action to deliver comprehensive BI solutions: identify and implement solutions to automate and streamline processes and analysis; producing written recommendations and insights for key stakeholders to help them make decisions. - Fluent English communication, written and verbal. - Good presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Master's degree or higher in Statistics, Data Science, or an equivalent quantitative field
- 8+ years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role.
- Expert-level skills in writing and optimizing SQL to handle large datasets.
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail; able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior leadership, gain alignment, and drive progress.
- Advanced ability to draw insights from analysis, frame recommendations supported by data, and clearly communicate them to stakeholders and senior management.
- Understanding of relevant statistical measures such as confidence intervals, significance of error measurements, development and evaluation data sets, etc.
