About The Role We seek a results-driven Business Development Manager responsible for achieving revenue targets and fostering growth. You'll develop sales strategies, build a pipeline, manage accounts, and collaborate with teams to close deals and nurture client relationships. Responsibilities Achieve revenue targets and drive growth through sales strategies. Convert leads, maintain accurate account information, and log activities in CRM. Forecast monthly sales and update pipelines regularly. Develop and manage territory business plans, including acquiring new clients, upselling, and renewals. Guide prospects through the sales cycle to closure, collaborating with presales and specialists. Support onboarding and implementation to ensure seamless customer experience and ongoing revenue. Requirements Experience in business development and account management. Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
