About The Role

We seek a results-driven Business Development Manager responsible for achieving revenue targets and fostering growth. You'll develop sales strategies, build a pipeline, manage accounts, and collaborate with teams to close deals and nurture client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue targets and drive growth through sales strategies.
  • Convert leads, maintain accurate account information, and log activities in CRM.
  • Forecast monthly sales and update pipelines regularly.
  • Develop and manage territory business plans, including acquiring new clients, upselling, and renewals.
  • Guide prospects through the sales cycle to closure, collaborating with presales and specialists.
  • Support onboarding and implementation to ensure seamless customer experience and ongoing revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience in business development and account management.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
