Our inclusive culture appreciates diverse perspectives.We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage critical project processes such as platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation, and advanced development.Participate in and occasionally lead Scrum meetings.Translate requirements, stories, and mock-ups into functional features, working closely with the implementation team.Deliver high-quality technical development and configuration, providing guidance to junior and mid-level developers.Follow ServiceNow best practices for technical design within projects.Provide timely updates to Project Leads to facilitate proactive customer communication.Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and portfolio maturity, aligning with customer needs.Fill technical or process roles as needed in projects.Lead, educate, mentor, and develop assigned resources.Assist in scoping new opportunities and designing tools for efficient delivery.Serve as the final escalation point for technical decisions within projects.Partner with HR to conduct technical interviews and support recruitment.Necessary Skills and ExperienceDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.Proven experience in technical consulting roles and working on the ServiceNow platform.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM).Experience with at least two additional product lines outside of ITSM.Advanced English proficiency.Knowledge of ITIL;
