Business Development Representative Company Description Lead Generation Hub (LGH) is a specialized partner in building high‑value business relationships and delivering impactful lead‑generation strategies. LGH focuses on actionable insights, expertly curated connections, and genuine relationship‑building. Our approach rejects gimmicks and low‑value tactics, providing a purposeful and high‑performing business pipeline. Role Description This is a full‑time or part‑time remote position. You will identify, prospect, and engage potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meaningful meetings with key decision‑makers. Your day‑to‑day tasks include conducting outbound outreach, building relationships with prospects, and employing innovative methods and tools to generate high‑quality leads. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic lead nurturing and pipeline development. Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients. Qualify leads and schedule strategic meetings with decision‑makers. Conduct outbound outreach using advanced tactics and tools. Build and nurture relationships with prospects. Generate high‑quality leads through research and analytics. Contribute to business growth by advancing the pipeline. Qualifications Proficiency in inside sales and lead‑generation techniques, results‑oriented mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client and team relationships. Experience in sales and business development with a track record of exceeding targets. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Creative strategies for engaging prospects. Strong research and analytical skills for identifying high‑value leads. Proficiency with CRM software and lead‑management tools. Experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a plus. Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Core Qualifications Can you walk into a bar or social event and start a conversation with anyone? Can you facilitate a conversation with little prior knowledge about the person? Can you conduct a cold call backed with data and have it feel like a “warm call”? Do you have conversational English proficiency? Interview Steps Interview with a recruiter at LGH. Interview with 2–3 senior leaders simultaneously. Optional conversation with a sales psychologist. Paid practical assessment: $7.00 USD per hour (typically 2.5 hours). Final evaluation to determine fit.
