Direct message the job poster from Lirunex Limited Job Description Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times. Perform customer KYC (Know Your Customer) checks upon Clients’ registration. Provide accurate information and assistance regarding our products and services, effectively resolving customer concerns. Assist customers in navigating our platform, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through various processes. Document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to escape and resolve complex issues. Identify recurring customer issues and proactively work to improve our support processes. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and gather feedback on their support experience. Stay up to date with product knowledge and updates to provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers. Daily process and monitor all deposit requests by updating the relevant information into an excel report. Flag issues with team member or Manager to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Daily reconciliation and update for cash flow of payment gateway and bank. Perform other related duties assigned by superior from time to time. Job Requirements Experience in customer support (CS) or any support related role. Experience in Contract for Differences (CFD) and Meta quotes products and platforms is an added advantage. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, are mandatory; other language proficiencies are added value. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment. Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
