The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Verificar o volume de pacotes que vão chegar no LH.
- Realizar contato constante com o SoC para que o LH não ultrapasse os horários de corte estabelecidos.
- Atuar na estratégia de divisão de colaboradores para que seja realizado o descarregamento de forma saudável e com segurança.
- Se manter informado do status da roteirização desses pedidos para start do processamento.
- Garantir o preenchimento da planilha de Tracking de Performance referente ao processo de roteirização.
- Durante o turno Garantir que o time esteja com as ferramentas disponíveis, internet, acessos, equipamentos, acessíveis para o ínicio da operação e que as bancadas estejam todas carregadas, a estratégia de colaboradores definidas.
**Requirements**:
- Ensino Médio completo.
- Superior Completo (Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas).
- Conhecimento intermediário em pacote Microsoft Office.
- Inglês intermediário
