DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Gestão de equipe operacional.
- Analisar indicadores de desempenho e realizar diagnósticos de processos.
- Manter controle de Inventário avaliando diariamente os desvios.
- Planejar, organizar e controlar as atividades de Last Mile, gerenciando recursos, otimizando fluxos de trabalho, tomando decisões acertadas e lidando com imprevistos.

**Requirements**:

- Ensino Médio completo.
- Superior Completo (Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas).
- Conhecimento intermediário em pacote Microsoft Office.
- Desejável conhecimento em WMS e ERP
