DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Responsável pela gestão do time de auxiliares de logística;
- Responsável pela gestão dos indicadores de performance da sua área de atuação;
- Responsável pelos controles operacionais relacionados a sua equipe (presença, absenteísmo, hora extra, turnover);
- Responsável pelo controle de ponto e férias dos colaboradores em sistema;
- Garantir a execução do trabalho padrão conforme definição em instrução de trabalho operacional;
- Envolver o time operacional para realizar análises dos indicadores de processos, desenvolvendo planos de ação imediatos para correção;
- Promover o engajamento e integração do time;
- Assegurar que os funcionários utilizam os EPIs corretamente e que sigam todas as normas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, bem como outras normas organizacionais.
- Garantir que as políticas e diretrizes organizacionais sejam praticadas nas equipes operacionais.

**Requirements**:

- Experiência com liderança de time
- Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Engenharia, Logística ou áreas correlatas
- Excel intermediário
- Inglês é considerado um diferencial
- Experiência em gestão de pessoas; gestão de processos por indicadores, com envolvimento do time
- Disponibilidade para atuação em diferentes turnos;
- Capacidade analítica para diagnosticar melhorias de processo.
- Foco na entrega de resultados e resolução de problemas
- Local de Trabalho: Santana de Parnaíba (Segunda a Sábado)
