The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Responsável por supervisionar e gerenciar as atividades operacionais e de uma equipe dentro de uma organização;
- Planejamento e estratégia operacional: Desenvolvimento de planos e estratégias para otimizar as operações, alcançar metas e objetivos estabelecidos.
- Gestão de equipe: Treinamento, coordenação e liderança de uma equipe de operações. Isso pode envolver a atribuição de tarefas, resolução de conflitos e motivação da equipe.
- Controle de processos: Supervisão e monitoramento dos processos operacionais para garantir eficiência, qualidade e conformidade com padrões e regulamentos.
- Melhoria contínua: Identificação de áreas de melhoria nas operações e implementação de iniciativas para aumentar a eficiência, reduzir custos ou melhorar a qualidade.
**Requirements**:
- Ensino Médio completo.
- Superior Completo (Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas).
- Conhecimento intermediário em pacote Microsoft Office.
- Inglês intermediário
