B2B Account Analyst - Brazil (affirmative position for women) Shotgun is building the operating system for live music. What We're Looking For At Shotgun, the B2B Account Analyst – Brazil will support small and medium-sized event organizers throughout their journey on our platform. From onboarding and product adoption to ongoing advising, you will help clients publish events, engage their communities, and optimize their business performance. What You Will Do Develop and nurture your portfolio, centered around client onboarding, client lifecycle management, and project management. Identify and understand new organizers' needs and challenges, and provide tailored product demonstrations. Develop and monitor action plans to address organizers' challenges such as acquisition, retention, and monetization. Conduct meetings with organizers to report on KPIs, share updates on Shotgun, and provide results and actionable items to cross-functional stakeholders.
