Missão do Cargo
Atuar na execução da estratégia comercial e de trade no canal On Premise Premium, com foco em São Paulo Capital. Atua diretamente no relacionamento com CDAs, revendas e principais players do mercado, garantindo a performance de sell-out, visibilidade das marcas e prospecção de novos pontos de venda e eventos.
Principais Atribuições
· Desdobrar e executar as estratégias comerciais e de trade da companhia no campo;
· Gerir o sell-out dos CDAs e revendas no canal On Premise Premium na região sob sua responsabilidade;
· Prospectar novos pontos de venda e oportunidades de eventos em parceria com o time comercial;
· Gerenciar o orçamento e os acordos comerciais relacionados aos canais On Premise e Eventos;
· Manter relacionamento ativo com os principais stakeholders e influenciadores do canal;
· Suportar o time comercial (indireto), garantindo execução e performance em linha com os objetivos da marca;
· Cumprir as metas estipuladas de volume, visibilidade e expansão da base de clientes (abertura de novos PDVs);
· Desenvolver rotinas operacionais, rituais de acompanhamento e práticas de excelência em execução junto ao time de OPP da Heineken.
· Atuar com foco no desenvolvimento das marcas, sendo o canal On Premise Premium uma frente estratégica para construção de imagem, experimentação e posicionamento.
Formação Acadêmica
Ensino Superior completo.
Conhecimentos Técnicos
Canal On Premise e execução de campo
Gestão de CDAs e revendas
Trade marketing e visibilidade no PDV
Gestão orçamentária e controle de verba
Negociação e relacionamento com stakeholders
Excel intermediário/avançado
Desejável: Power BI
