Go High Level Funnel Builder & Growth Specialist (U.S. Eastern Time)

Remote / Work from Home | Part-time (with potential to transition to Full-time), freelance

Salary: $36,000 USD per year

Preferred Locations: Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, or Mexico (open to other global locations)

Working Hours Requirement: Must have substantial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET); minimum 6 hours of daily availability within this timeframe is essential. Please only apply if you can commit to these hours.

The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) Builder who’s growth-minded. You’ll design, launch, and refine funnels that drive measurable results across our product suite. This role is about building with performance in mind, checking what’s working, and making smart improvements to increase conversions. High autonomy, strategic input, and the chance to impact revenue, growth, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Build & Own Funnels: Create and manage acquisition funnels in GHL, from landing pages and opt-ins to automations, pipelines, and onboarding.
  • Drive Growth: Monitor performance, identify drop-offs, and run simple tests to improve opt-in rates, conversions, and customer flow.
  • Leverage the Tech Stack: Be the go-to expert on Go High Level funnels, automations, tags, pipelines, SMS, and integrations with Stripe, Zoom, and analytics.
  • Deliver Results: Spot opportunities, execute quickly, and translate data into tangible improvements across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate & Elevate: Gather requirements upfront, thrive in a structured project management system, and communicate clearly with leadership.
  • Contribute to Culture: Embrace radical candor—giving and receiving direct feedback to continuously raise standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven GoHighLevel expertise — you’ve built complete funnels, automations, and integrations.
  • Portfolio of work — share examples of funnels or automations you’ve delivered.
  • Performance mindset — you don’t just build; you measure, test, and refine.
  • Problem-solving orientation — proactive, resourceful, and execution-driven.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Bonus: Experience in coaching, education, or multi-product digital brands.
