Brazilian Country Manager

**BRAZIL COUNTRY MANAGER**
**Leading an international online gaming/gambling operator is looking for Country Manager to lead its expansion in the Brazilian market. Responsible for managing all activity with a focus on marketing, product and commercial initiatives, the Country Manager will also work across all teams in the organization.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic plan to enhance market penetration and profitability, ensuring efficient budget management.
- Take ownership of the Brazilian market's performance and manage operations across various departments to achieve targets.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross functional teams while working with other departments to capture and optimize synergies and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, aligning departmental goals with business objectives.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions and optimize performance.
- Work closely with the marketing department to enhance performance, brand awareness, customer engagement, and achieve the best return on investment.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company's activities in Brazil.
- Based on competitive analysis, suggest the introduction of new products, payment methods, and features to enhance the customer experience.
- Promptly identify and resolve any issues that may impact performance.
- Monitor industry trends to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Stay informed and report about Brazilian regulatory changes.
**Required Expertise**
- Proven expertise in a senior leadership role responsible for the Brazilian market, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and strategic oversight of market dynamics.
- Experience operating in gambling or other high risk fast expanding online industry with a track record of performance growth.
- Strong financial acumen, experienced in budget management and financial analysis.
- Expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Fluent in both Portugues and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated strategic planning and execution abilities.
