As part of its Lat Am expansion, we’re seeking a Business Director / Manager in Brazil to drive strategic partnerships, lead the team, and grow the company’s influence in the region.Why This Role?As the Business Director / Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding and strengthening B2 B partnerships across Brazil and Latin America. You will lead negotiations, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure seamless execution of commercial projects.This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with an established network in the i Gaming industry, strong knowledge of the Brazilian and Lat Am markets, and the ambition to grow business relationships in a highly competitive space.Key Responsibilities:Expand and negotiate B2 B i Gaming partnerships across Brazil and Latin AmericaIdentify potential partners and adjust strategies based on market changes and opportunitiesPlan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaignsAnalyze market trends, competitors, and player behaviors to provide actionable insightsPromote slot game products effectively to partners, designing tailored solutions when neededCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and deliveryStay current with Latin American market dynamics and gaming regulationsRepresent the company at industry exhibitions and events to build brand influenceLead and motivate a regional team to enhance efficiency and performanceRequirements:Must be based in Brazil (Brazilian nationality preferred)Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus)Established network/resources in the B2 B i Gaming industry within Latin AmericaMinimum 3 years’ experience at a large B2 B i Gaming company in the regionProven experience in partnership expansion, commercial negotiations, and market strategyStrong communication, coordination, and cross-cultural skillsWillingness to travel occasionally across the regionLeadership and management experience is an advantageBenefits:High-impact, senior-level role with ownership of Lat Am growth strategyExposure to international markets and opportunities to represent the brand globallyCollaborative and ambitious company culture focused on long-term growthReady to take on a leadership role in shaping the future of i Gaming partnerships across Latin America?
