Para nós, o estrategista criativo é o profissional de marketing que se concentra em melhorar os planos gerais de marketing e publicidade de uma empresa. Embora o estrategista criativo também possa ajudar e oferecer opiniões sobre anúncios ou campanhas individuais, seu foco principal é definir a estratégia global da empresa. Principais funções: Examinar relatórios de mercado e da indústria e identificar tendências importantes; Realização de pesquisas de mercado sobre dados demográficos do cliente; Hospedar grupos focais para testar a eficácia de uma estratégia de marketing ou avaliar a opinião pública sobre um problema ou produto; Reunir-se com clientes para discutir seus objetivos para uma próxima campanha de marketing; Coordenar metas com chefes de departamento responsáveis pela implementação de uma estratégia de marketing; Desenvolver estratégias de marketing que ditam os principais métodos para atingir os objetivos da empresa; Criação de documentação e resumos de projetos sobre iniciativas de marketing; Assessoria ao diretor criativo da empresa; Monitorar o progresso da mídia de marketing ao longo do desenvolvimento; Acompanhamento de resultados de estratégias de marketing; Ajustar ou encerrar estratégias de marketing se os resultados não atenderem às expectativas.

Requisitos

Queremos uma pessoa extremamente habilidosa em PPT/Keynote/GoogleSlides; Experiência comprovada na função de Planner ou similares; Formado em Publicidade e Propaganda, Relações Públicas, Administração ou Marketing. Desejável Comunicativo; Capacidade de análise; Criatividade; Empatia; Organizado.
