Business Development Representative Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Business Development Representative for a full-time remote position, with a specific focus on lead generation. As a key member of our inside sales activities team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth. Identify and qualify potential clients through effective cold calling techniques Initiate contact and build meaningful relationships with prospective clients Promote the value proposition of our products and services Nurture leads through follow-up activities and relationship-building efforts You will work closely with our sales and business development teams to achieve sales targets, maintain accurate records of lead interactions, and utilize our CRM system to track progress. Our compensation structure is designed to reward consistent effort and exceptional performance: Base Salary: $300 per month Commission: 15% of Revenue Generated Performance Fee: $10-25 per qualified sales call generated This opportunity includes detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) that provide comprehensive guidance to ensure your success as a Business Development Representative. There is significant room for growth and advancement within our organization, where you could develop into a Sales Development Manager and lead teams based on your experience and performance.
