This is a unique opportunity for Customer Service Rockstars interested in living and developing a career in Southeast Asia : Malaysia or Thailand . The company will provide all necessary visa assistance and relocation support. During the visa processing, work remotely from your base country. Responsibilities Provide frontline support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email. Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions. Address customer feedback and complaints professionally. Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary. Supporting documentation / administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices. Requirements Bachelor's degree, fresh graduates welcome to apply. Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service, highly preferred in crypto or fintech, but any industry is welcome. Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night shifts once relocated. Experience in international settings and teams. Fluency in English and Portuguese is MANDATORY. Exceptional communication skills with a superb client focus. Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving. Knowledge or interest in trading is highly desirable, but not essential.
